All members of staff were excellent, there to assist and could not be more helpful. Disappointed that restaurant menu was only available when coach parties were present.

Hotel in a lovely spot by the loch. All staff were amazing, helpful, friendly. The bedrooms & bathroom let the hotel down, need a refurb. Very noisy floorboards and carpets dinghy. General updating and sprucing up needed.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfasts and good meals in a comfortable dining room with a terrific sea view. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice walk to the town along the sea front and very scenic. We would go back again.
