I liked Prague and Budapest but I did not like Vienna as it was too big and busy. However all the tour guides were very good.

Very good over all but hotel in Vienna let it down rooms too small and service not very good food poor and late for breakfast on leaving day. Trouble with screens on coach at least half the journey which made it an extra long journey home, disappointing as you pay a bit extra for the best coach tours.

The tour was excellent, particularly Shaun and Rachel. Have been on five Leger tours now and this one had the best crew ever. The hotels were OK, with varying standards. Best location for scenery was in Vienna, this hotel was comfy, welcoming and clean, was lovely to have a balcony, but the glass doors on the bathroom were puzzling… The Budapest hotel was comfortable but food was not hot, in fact below the ‚legal temp’ of 65deg… The tour guides were excellent on the optional trips we took, Vaclav in Prague maybe could have used individual ear pieces as at times it was difficult to catch what he was saying ( we are of a certain age! So hearing not as good) Andrea in Budapest was superb, in fact Budapest was the true highlight…the tours were top quality, the food on the cruise, the timings, perfect… it was lovely to be able to spend time in the less well known places en route, The last hotel in Liege was not as attractive as it appears, bathroom was not 100% clean, but in it’s favour was access to food… but didn’t cater for vegans… All in all an excellent tour, if tiring. Shaun and Rachel were truly the best as we could compare them to our feeder drivers, who were good but nowhere near as Shaun and Rachel,
