Local departure by coach or Home Connect, then crossing by ferry to the Isle of Wight and on to Bembridge for a four-night stay.
Enjoy a scenic island tour of the diamond Isle of Wight, taking in places of interest along the way.
With 57 miles of coastline, this is an island shaped by the sea, and has many pretty towns and villages dotted amongst its rolling hills. We make our way southwards passing Sandown and Shanklin and then travel along the south coast, passing beautiful Freshwater Bay. We call at coastal Yarmouth before returning to Bembridge, crossing the heart of the island.
This morning we make our way to Sandown on our included excursion. Famed for its long stretches of golden beaches, traditional British seafront and pier and great attractions, Sandown makes for a lovely day out.
We'll return to Bembridge where the rest of the day will be free for you to make the most of Warner's facilities and activities - take a dip in the indoor-heated swimming pool or maybe try something new such as rifle-shooting or a spot of croquet*!
Known as the ‘Gateway to the Isle’, Ryde offers miles of glorious sands, an attractive esplanade and beautiful gardens, much-loved by Queen Victoria.
At the heart of the town is a fantastic range of independent shops selling everything from jewellery and trinkets, to vintage clothing and antiques. There's also a whole host of dining options from traditional fish and chips to delightful pavement cafés.

Warner Bembridge Coast, the Isle of Wight
Location: The Bembridge Coast Hotel Flat No 1 Fishermans Walk , Bembridge, PO35 5TB
Situated on a secluded eastern shore of the Isle of Wight, overlooking the Solent, Warner's Bembridge Coast Hotel is set within 23 acres of grounds and was once owned by George V's Lord in Waiting. There is a wonderful beach at the front of the hotel, and guests can enjoy a fantastic selection of activities during their stay including archery, bowls or rifle shooting with tuition from one of the friendly teams (extra charges may apply, please pay locally). Boasting spectacular sea views, the stylish and contemporary Four Tides restaurant serves delicious cuisine with a focus on national favourites and international specials, and the indoor swimming pool is perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring. Previously popular with the royal family, the late Queen Mary and late Princess Beatrice would frequently visit for afternoon tea; and more recently, the Queen Mother would come to watch the yachts racing during Cowes Week.Hotel Facilities

The surroundings and food were brilliant. More staff were needed at meal times. The organisation in the restaurant was quite poor although the food a choice of options was excellent.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Some TLC is needed and also the gluten free options are not very good (especially the sandwiches and lack of cakes). Did not like the free for all at dinner! The surroundings were lovely.

Warners Bembridge was a superb place to relax. With Shearings there are no hassles,. If you want to go out for the day or stay around the hotel and use their facilities it's up to you. The food, facilities and entertainment were the best we've come across, we will go back. Thank you Shearings and driver Alan, who was very patient with a coach full of OAP's!

The hotel was very good, more advance information would have been helpful, I booked a Signature room, which was good but I did not have choice of sea view or bath, both of which I would have preferred. Food was good. Room spotless and good service . Lovely area.
